Today's assignment: LUNCH
Mmmm, tuna salad red pepper boats!
A quick way to use up one or two red peppers that had almost been forgotten in the fridge.
(I'm sure that never happens to anyone else though, right?? ;)
Not a hit with AJ, but Mack and I quite enjoyed them.
Tomorrow's assignment: CLEAN!
