Today's assignment: SOMETHING OLD.
I had to think about this one for a while.
I debated taking a self-portrait. After all, I AM turning 40 next month! (and we had no Internet when Day 16's assignment rolled around)
I thought about taking a picture of our house, which, if I'm not mistaken, is just over 70 years old.
I could have shared a picture of our TV, which still works as well as it did the day I bought it 19 years ago.
But, looking through my pictures from our recent 4-day camping weekend at the lake, I decided on this one:
Tomorrow's assignment: ANIMAL.

Hey, I love this camper! And I am like you.... have a ton of "old stuff" I could take pictures of! I am proud of my old stuff.... we don't waste our money on all kind of new things as long as our old stuff works just fine!! :) My neighbor lady is such an inspiration to me.... she is just like the book "Millionaire Next Door". She is worth a ton, but to see her life she doesn't flaunt it. She buys quality and then maintains it so that she can use it for YEARS and YEARS!! In fact the "OLD" things were made better, anyway.
hee hee Conrad's (not mine!) trailer is a vintage treasure too--1971 I think!
